Concept Design

This is the first step in our collaboration. Yeyah! We discuss your program and work out how you'd like your project to perform. We can meet virtually, or meet old school, like in person! :)

Schematic Design 'SD'

This phase takes what we know to be the project and organize it in a way that functions with a number of elements, i.e. nature, terrain, the way you live, ect.

Design Development 'DD'

Upon approving the Schematic Design documents, we further develop the design to provide more detail and identify building materials. We will also select an Engineer to design the structural system. This phase will produce enough information to get a good understanding of project costs.

Construction Documantation 'CD'

This phase is where we take the project to the finish line. My goal is to provide a builder a solid set of plans. Having a readable detailed set of plans will save time and coordination during permitting and construction.

3D Modeling & Renderings

Upon request, I provide a 3d model and renderings for various applications: Marketing for spec homes, Civil Engineering Improvements, Design Options, Fund Raising, Design Excellence submissions, Historic Preservation approvals, ect.
