All boxes were checked with this design! The clients were great with weekly design meetings, which made for a smooth process. The lot is sloping with nice views.
Single Level Remodel / Master Suite Addition
The interior was gutted and updated per the Owner's program. An addition houses the Master Bedroom, Walk-in Closet and small office. A variance was approved for the Foyer addition. The end result was victorious!

This Client wanted to create an outdoor all-year-round space to enjoy with friends and family.
Coeur d'Alene ADU
Vacation Rental behind the owner's main residence. This sweet little pad offers 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, open kitchen and living room. Owner occupies the in and out garage and extra storage.
Old Indian Trail Rd.
Awesome client that wanted a barndominium style home. Fun and entertainment was in the forefront of this design. The floor plan is open and functional. This project feels right at home in the Big Sky!
